Prescription Requests

Under certain circumstances and at the discretion of your doctor you may be able to request a repeat prescription without a consult. Ordering an e-script or script to pick up will cost $15, please allow 1 week for this request to be completed. Urgent script requests will incur a higher fee of $20. Payment for all script requests is required at the time of requesting. It is your responsibility to ensure you do not run out of your medication. Some of our Dr’s prefer to do a quick phone consult with you to request your scripts, please check with reception regarding this.

NOTE: Requests for new, high risk or addictive medications, such as opiates, require you to make a face to face appointment to see your doctor.
