We encourage you to contact our practice by phone. You are also welcome to drop in and speak to our reception staff at any time. Due to security and privacy reasons, we discourage the use of email or social media to transmit your private health information to us. Emails that are not encrypted can be easily intercepted.

In a medical emergency, it’s important to act quickly. Please call 000 immediately if you or someone else is experiencing life-threatening symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, seizures, or signs of stroke. Emergency services can provide urgent care and transport to the nearest hospital if needed. If you are ever unsure whether a situation is an emergency, it is always safest to call 000 for advice and assistance.

At Bridgetown Medical, we understand that health concerns don’t always arise during clinic hours. If you require medical care when we are closed, please attend the Bridgetown Hospital Emergency Department.
On arrival, a triage nurse will assess your condition and ensure you receive the appropriate level of care. As some of our doctors also participate in the hospital’s on-call roster, you may be seen by one of our practitioners during your visit, depending on availability.
Following any hospital attendance, we will be notified so we can arrange appropriate follow-up care or appointments at Bridgetown Medical if needed.
