Private Billing Practice
We are a private billing practice. Payment is required on the day of your appointment. With a valid Medicare card, we can process your rebate on the spot, with payment made directly into your cheque or savings account.
Patients under 16 and Veteran Affairs (Gold Card) holders are bulk-billed for most standard appointments. Reception will advise if a fee is required before your appointment.
Fees vary depending on the length and type of consultation. Saturday appointments attract a slightly higher fee.

Non attendance
Patients who fail to attend their appointment will be charged a fee of $100. Please advise us at least 4 hours prior if you are unable to attend your appointment.
